About me
Hi, I'm Lisa. Born and brought up in Fujian province where food is famous for its fresh ingredients and healthy cooking ways. I learned classic Fujian cuisine originally from my father . After working as English tour guide for about 5 years ,I moved to Chengdu with my family and start to learn Sichuan cuisine in the Sichuan Professional Culinary School. I have always been passionate about cooking and traveling .In recent years ,I travelled abroad, I found many Chinese restaurants were offering very different Chinese food and I realized I might do something let people actually know about the real Chinese food .With my great passion for cooking and hospitality to foreign friends, I created Chinese healthy cook in Chengdu .You're all invited to join my cozy studio. My hand–in cooking class are instructed in English .All classes are in the relaxing and fun atmosphere. I'm eager to share my knowledge about Chinese cuisine with you. It's not only like a journey to know more about local culture but also like a party with all the old and new friends .
